___________________________________________________________________________________________ We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated within the whole:
an integral member of the team with ability to work independently, yet simultaneously with all departments with ability to receive guidance and input/direction of leadership.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, a creative problem solver with a strong desire to learn and grow.
This position requires ongoing, detailed external and internal communications.
Prior experience a plus, however willing to train a candidate with proven skills, aptitudes and abilities detailed under Qualifications and Abilities.
This position will start as a trainee, however for the right person, will begin at 32 hours, 5 days per week with potential of additional hours.
US based position, ideally Connecticut - will consider remote for right candidate.

As first impressions are important - and oftentimes the only contact a customer may have with ArborMaster from first point of contact, through proposal stages and contracting is with this department, it is important that this candidate:
Be an active listener to understand and discern the customers' needs and pain points and a dogged determination to not give up - this is not a one call, done, next call position.
It is developing a relationship and meeting customer needs which is often a lengthy process.
It is not based on quotas of how many calls made per day, however, annual financial goals of the company and meeting these targets are part of the position, in concert with leadership on setting these goals.

Further Qualifications and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, detailed communication skills both written and verbally.
Able to manage priorities in an environment where priorities may easily shift daily, oftentimes with many moving parts, deadlines and at times, last minute requests and changes, which requires ability to be flexible and ability to re-prioritize often.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ability to work within the procedures and process flow of this position - however ability to keep themselves on task and to manage workload, to accomplish their responsibilities.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS 365, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel and experience with CRM Systems _____________________________________________________________________________________________ How this position fits within the company - See #2, 3, 6, 7 Process Flow of a Typical Program:
Several departments designed to deliver superior in the field education, training & workforce development programs 1.
Marketing and Brand Management 2.
Customer Service/Inside Sales for current, and new customers, to include monthly revenue projections 3.
Proposal Development (when needed, teams up with leadership guidance and input) ongoing customer communications, contracting, turnovers to Program Operations 4.
Program Operations Manager once program is under contract 5.
External Operations - Instructors conducting training programs.

Post Program - review and analysis through evaluations/assessments with customers post program toward goal of customer retention, furthering their workforce's skill development, through additional training and/or our Beyond Training services.

Development:
Works in tandem with marketing division and leadership on development of new programs and initiatives through market analysis, driven by the needs and feedback of the customer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
